Detached three-bay two-storey house, built 1911, with gabled end bays to façade, each having two-storey canted-bay windows, flanking rendered Doric-style portico, and two-storey canted-bay windows to east and west elevations. Three-bay two-storey lower block to west end of rear, with further lower two-bay two-storey block to rear of latter. Gable-fronted glazed timber glasshouse to west elevation. Slate roofs, pitched except for hipped rear-most addition, with timber bargeboards to front gables, cast-iron rainwater goods and rendered chimneystacks. Carved timber finial to glasshouse. Render cornices to bay windows. Rendered walls with render string courses dividing storeys and forming cornices and sill courses to windows of main block. Square-headed openings throughout, with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, and having some two-over-two pane windows to additions, and with tripartite one-over-one pane window to middle of first floor. Segmental-headed entrance doorway with recent timber door, fanlight and sidelights, flanked by render engaged columns and approached by curved carved limestone steps with mosaic tiling. Portico has rendered columns with moulded bases on square-profile bases, supporting flat roof having render architrave with moulded frieze and cornice. Square-headed door openings to east and west elevations with timber panelled doors and overlights, that to east recessed with timber panelled reveals. Glasshouse has square-headed door opening with timber panelled half-glazed door.
