Detached eleven-bay single-storey house, built 1760. Hipped oversailing artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Flemish bond red brick walls. Square-headed window openings with carved limestone sills, red brick voussoirs and nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed entrance doorway with timber panelled door and Y-traceried fanlight, red brick voussoirs and square-headed sidelights with carved limestone sills and fixed timber windows.
