Series of four rectangular-plan walled gardens associated with Ballygiblin House, built c. 1800, with water tower to north. Garden to north-west of house having red brick walls in English garden wall bond, and having coursed limestone rubble west wall. Garden to north having coursed limestone rubble walls, with camber-arched door opening to east wall having red brick voussoirs and temporary timber gate. Garden to west having coursed limestone rubble walls, with elliptical-headed arch to east wall, and chamfered north-west corner to garden to west, having coursed limestone rubble walls with vertical stone copings, and door opening to west wall leading to courtyard, much overgrown. Freestanding square-plan water tower to north, with coursed limestone rubble walls having cast-iron water tank, and round-headed opening to south elevation having tooled limestone surround.
