Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1880, having two-bay side elevations to east and west, east having hipped canted-bay window. Hipped U-plan slate roof having clay ridge tiles and rendered chimneystacks. Painted lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render plinth course. Square-headed window openings having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and some replacement uPVC sash windows. Round-headed door openings to front and east elevations, with moulded render surrounds and replacement timber panelled doors, double-leaf to front, with limestone plinth blocks and plain fanlights, approached by limestone steps. Detached two-storey outbuilding to rear having three-bay ground and two-bay first floors, pitched slate roof, coursed limestone rubble walls with dressed quoins and red brick block-and-start surrounds to square-headed openings. Painted rendered boundary walls terminating in square-plan piers with recent aluminum double-leaf gates.
