Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic labourer's cottage, built c. 1900. Pitched slate roof with central rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings having timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows and rendered sills, and recent timber door, latter having timber gabled canopy. Rendered boundary wall to front garden with rendered piers and wrought-iron gate, and cut-stone piers to vehicular entrance.
