Farmyard complex of two-storey ranges of farm buildings, built c. 1830, set on three sides of cobbled yard to rear of Laurentinum, and having exposed and rendered rubble limestone walls. Nine-bay two-storey north-west range with pitched slate roof with limestone eaves course, paired three-centred-arch vehicular entrances to centre with cut limestone surrrounds, external steps to east gable accessing first floor, oeil-de-boeuf window openings to first floor over arches and having timber louvers, and square-headed door and window openings elsewhere, with brick voussoirs and timber battened fixtures. Nine-bay two-storey north-east range having pitched corrugated-iron roof and square-headed window and door openings with brick voussoirs and timber fixtures. Five-bay two-storey south-west range having pitched slate roof, external steps to front elevation giving access to first floor, and square-headed window and door openings with some bipartite timber casement windows, and having elliptical-arch vehicular entrances to rear having cut-stone surrounds, and square-headed windows also to rear with dressed stone voussoirs.
