Pair of semi-detached four-bay single-storey local authority houses, built c. 1940, now private houses. Hipped tiled roofs with rendered chimneystacks. Painted roughcast rendered walls with cast-iron rainwater goods. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two-pane timber sliding sash windows, having one tripartite window to each front elevation. Square-headed door openings with timber battened and glazed doors. Detached outdoor toilets to rear. Gardens to front and rear, having rubble limestone and rendered boundary walls.
