Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1900, having canted-bay windows to ground floor outer bays and having slightly lower return and lean-to extension to rear. Pitched artificial slate roof with red brick chimneys and cast-iron rainwater goods. Continuous slate roof between canted-bay windows, sheltering porch area, having timber battened soffit. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render eaves course. Square-headed openings with painted render surrounds to first floor, rendered sills to canted bays, all having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Tripartite window opening to rear extension having painted stone sill and triple timber sliding sash window. Segmental-headed door opening having cut limestone step and timber panelled door with timber sidelights and overlight. Rendered gate piers and boundary walls to entrance.
