Freestanding gable-fronted single-bay single-storey mausoleum, built c.1860. Pitched slate roof with limestone coping stones terminating in gablets with dentil courses beneath and carved cross finials to gables. Ashlar limestone walls with diagonal buttresses to corners, carved limestone stringcourse and blank quatrefoil openings. Quatrefoil window openings to east and west gables with limestone surrounds. Lancet windows with limestone hood mouldings having carved stops, chamfered reveals and splayed sills. Pointed arch door opening to west elevation with limestone hood moulding having carved head stops, carved limestone archivolts supported on carved colonnettes with plain curved capitals and roll moulded reveals. Door and windows now blocked up. Mausoleum is situated to the north-eastern section of the cemetery.
