Semi-detached three-bay two-storey over basement house, built c.1850, with projecting western bay, dormer attic and recessed internal porch to east. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystack having bracketed cornice, timber bargeboards and finial to dormer and projecting timber sheeted bracketed eaves with cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls with moulded render continuous sill course to first floor, string course at eaves level and corner pilaster to eastern bay. Round-headed window openings, pair set in square-headed recess to first floor west bay, with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. Tripartite square-headed opening surmounted by dentilated pediment with scroll brackets and having limestone sill with brackets and one-over-one timber sliding sash windows. uPVC casement window to dormer. Round-headed opening to recessed porch flanked by Tuscan columns with dentilated cushion capitals supporting smooth render archivolt and approached via limestone steps with smooth render balustrade having square-profile pier with vermiculated panel. Monochrome tiled floor to porch. Round-headed door opening with fanlight and timber panelled door. Rubble stone boundary wall with barrel coping, smooth render sweep walls to entrance with square-profile gate piers.
