Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c.1820, having extensions to rear (north) elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with render sills, one-over-one pane timber sliding sash window to west gable and replacement timber casement windows to remaining openings. Square-headed door openings to rear with glazed timber door. Fronts directly onto square.
