Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820. Now converted to apartments. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening flanked by timber pilasters with timber panelled door having timber mullioned overlight. Cut limestone threshold and steps to doors. Fronts directly onto square.
