Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, with two-storey extension to rear (east) elevation. Now converted to apartments. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and replacement six-over six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings flanked by timber pilasters with timber panelled door having timber mullioned overlight. Cut limestone threshold and steps to door. Fronts directly onto square.
