Detached two-bay two-storey with attic former house, built c.1880, having gabled half-dormer window, single-storey box bay and lean-to porch to ground floor front (north) elevation. Now in use as chaplaincy. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, timber bargeboards to dormer and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings to first and ground floor, shouldered-headed openings having scroll detail under render hood mouldings to first floor windows and round-headed window to half-dormer. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and render sills throughout. Recessed round-headed door opening under lean-to porch to timber panelled door with fanlight. Wrought-iron pedestrian gate, flanking render piers and boundary wall with wrought-iron railings and cast-iron name plaque to front of site.
