Detached two-bay two-storey with attic former house, built c.1880, having single-storey canted bay and gabled half-dormer window to front (north) elevation and single-storey extension to east. Now in use as doctor's surgery. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, timber bargeboards to dormer and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings to ground floors, shouldered-headed openings having scroll detail under render hood mouldings to first floor windows and round-headed window to half-dormer. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and render sills throughout. Round-headed door opening under render hood moulding to timber panelled door with fanlight. Wrought-iron pedestrian gate, flanking render piers and boundary wall with wrought-iron railings to front of site.
