Detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1920, having full-height gabled box bay window to front (west) elevation and flat-roofed garage and extension to south. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, timber bargeboards to gable and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth render to box bay, platband to first floor and smooth rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with render sills and one-over-one and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows having render sills. Segmental-headed door opening with timber panelled door having sidelights. Wrought-iron pedestrian gate and railings on rendered plinth wall to front of site.
