Pair of semi-detached two-bay two-storey with dormer attic houses, built c.1920, having canted bay windows and half-dormer windows to front (north) elevation and single- and-two-storey returns to rear. Now in use as offices. Pitched slate roofs with terracotta ridge cresting, cast-iron rainwater goods and rendered eaves brackets having decorative render floral detailing to render eaves course. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered half-dormers. Square-headed window openings with render surrounds to one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows having continuous render sill course to first floor windows. Square-headed door opening having half-glazed timber door with stained glass sidelights and overlight set in round-headed opening with flanking render pilasters, hood moulding with side scrolls and pediment above. Cast-iron pedestrian gate with rendered boundary wall and cast-iron railing and name plaque to front of site.
