Semi-detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1840. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls to ground floor with string course and slate-hung walls to first floor. Square-headed window openings with painted sills and aluminium windows. Round-headed door opening flanked by render pilasters supporting moulded archivolt having prominent keystone and aluminium door and fanlight. Cast- and wrought-iron pedestrian gate with cast-iron piers set in rendered boundary wall with cut limestone coping and cast-iron railings. Set within its own grounds.
