What is recorded here

Semi-detached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1840. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Rendered walls with string course to first floor. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and one-over-one pane. Tripartite windows to east bay. Round-headed door opening flanked by render pilasters supporting archivolt with keystone to timber panelled door and fanlight. Cast- and wrought-iron pedestrian gate with cast-iron railings mounted on render boundary wall with cut limestone coping. Set within its own grounds.
