Pitched slate roof with overhanging eaves, timber eaves brackets, rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with slate-hanging to side west addition. Camber-headed window openings with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and painted sills. Paired and single one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to canted bay and triple one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to oriel window. Two-over-two and one-over-one with stained glass margin lights timber sliding sash windows to rear (north) elevation. Segmental-headed door entrance from street with timber panelled door. Outbuilding to rear with pitched slate roof and roughcast rendered wall forming boundary wall. Set within its own grounds.
