Pair of semi-detached four-bay three-storey houses over basements and with dormer attics, built c.1820, now converted into single building to accommodate use as apartments. End two-bays recessed. Hipped artificial slate roof with parapet wall to south elevation and recent dormer windows. Rendered walls with moulded render string course between basement and first floor and to central bays at eaves level. Square-headed window openings having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows with painted sills. Recent porch extension to rear elevation with copper surround and roof and timber panelled door.
