Attached two-bay two-storey house, built c.1840, with full-height slightly advanced bays to front (north-east) elevation. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystacks and replacement rainwater goods. Red brick walls. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and two-over-two timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to side elevation with replacement half-glazed timber door. Set back from street with red brick boundary wall and red brick piers with render caps to wrought-iron pedestrian gate.
