Detached double-height assembly room, comprising five-bay side elevations with lower single-storey side aisles and having five-bay gables, built c.1880, now disused. Pitched slate roof to main block, with single pitched roofed to lean-to side aisles. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughly dressed sandstone walls with red brick quoins. Lancet openings having red brick dressings and oculus to apex to gables. Triangular pointed openings set in pairs to side elevations and side aisles, having red brick dressings. Metal windows to openings.
