Detached three-bay single-storey stores building, dated 1855, with verandah to entrance front. Hipped slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Verandah roof carried on cast-iron columns. Squared-and-snecked limestone walls to front (south) elevation. Recent concrete block section to west of front elevation replaces original cast-iron column. Roughcast render to side elevations having dressed limestone quoins. Square-headed window openings with six-over-six timber sliding sash windows, wrought-iron bars and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber matchboard double doors. Date plaque above reads ‘1855’. Limestone slabs to porch surface. Set to the rear of the barracks complex.
