Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, having pitched roof extension to side (west) and recent flat roof extension to side (east). Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Carved timber bargeboards to dormers. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls, having raised render shamrock motifs to dormer gables. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having one-over-one pane faux timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front (south) elevation having recent glazed timber door. Set within on grounds along roadside, having rubble stone enclosing wall with rounded render coping. Capped square-profile rendered gate piers and wrought-iron gate.
