Lined-and-ruled rendered walls having render string course below eaves. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and moulded render surrounds, having uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround surmounted by corniced render canopy on render scroll work supporting brackets. Replacement timber panelled door with single-pane overlight. Rendered plinth having replacement cast-iron railings, rectangular-profile piers with pointed rendered caps and cast-iron gate.
