Lined-and-ruled rendered walls having render string course below eaves. Square-headed window openings with render sills and raised moulded render surrounds, having uPVC casement windows. Square-headed door opening with raised render surround, surmounted by corniced render canopy on scroll-work supporting brackets. Timber panelled door having brass door furniture and single-pane overlight. Rendered plinth wall with cast-iron railings and rectangular-profile piers with pointed rendered caps.
