Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1820, having flat-roofed canted bay window to front (east). Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack, timber clad eaves and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout. Replacement two-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to canted bay, uPVC casement windows elsewhere. Timber surround and mullions to first floor tripartite window. Square-headed door opening having raised render surround, timber panelled door with brass door furniture, overlight and limestone stepped approach. Roughcast rendered enclosing wall having moulded render copings, square-profile gate piers with moulded render caps and timber battened pedestrian gate. Rendered enclosing wall to east with cast-iron railings. Square-profile piers with moulded render caps dispersed along length of wall. Three entrances having square-profile red brick gate piers with moulded render caps and rendered stepped approaches to eastern end western entrances. Red brick square-profile gate piers with platbands flanking round-headed arch with red brick voussoirs and spandrels to central entrance. Limestone capping stones to piers and arch having limestone stepped approach and partially cobbled paved surface.
