Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1840. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and eaves course, having cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and raised moulded render surrounds, having replacement uPVC casement windows. Round-headed door opening within render doorcase, comprising replacement Doric columns on tooled limestone plinths, having timber panelled door with brass door furniture and fanlight. Red brick enclosing wall to front having moulded red brick copings cast-iron railings and pedestrian gate to limestone stepped approach.
