Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1840. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and eaves course, having cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls having cast-iron vents to plinth level. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills and raised moulded render surrounds, having replacement uPVC casement windows. Round-headed door opening within replacement timber doorcase with fluted reveals surmounted by unadorned architrave. Replacement timber panelled door with brass door furniture, surmounted by single-pane fanlight. Red brick enclosing wall to front having moulded red brick copings, cast-iron railings and cast-iron pedestrian gate to limestone stepped approach.
