Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860, having single-bay two-storey addition with single-pitch roof to rear (west). Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystacks, uPVC clad eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, having raised moulded render surrounds to front (east) elevation. Replacement six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to front and rear elevations having six-over-three and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to rear elevation. Round-headed door opening within raised render surround and timber doorcase, comprising fluted reveals and engaged Doric columns on rendered plinths. Replacement timber panelled door surmounted by replacement spoked fanlight. Rendered enclosing plinth wall with rendered coping and square-profile gate piers having replacement cast-iron railings and gate.
