Detached double-pile three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, having pair of pedimented gable-fronted breakfront bays to front (east) elevation and flat-roofed single-bay addition to side (north). Pitched (front) and hipped (rear) slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods, uPVC clad overhanging eaves on timber corbels. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls having rendered plinth and sting course on moulded rendered corbels over first floor window openings. Square-headed window openings with stone and render sills, moulded render label mouldings on brackets to ground floor. uPVC casement windows to front elevation. Single two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and timber casement windows to rear (west) elevation. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door and overlights. Rendered enclosing wall to front having rendered coping, square-profile gate piers with caps and replacement double-leaf cast-iron gates.
