Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1840. Recent glazed porch to front (north-east). Pitched slate roof having rendered chimneystack and eaves course. Cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods with recent flat-roofed projecting dormer windows and rooflights. Roughcast rendered walls having render sill course to first floor. Square-headed window openings with render sills, moulded surrounds and uPVC casement windows. Round-headed door opening having engaged Doric columns surmounted by cornice and archivolt. Timber panelled door with brass door furniture and spoked fanlight. Lined-and-ruled rendered enclosing wall having rendered coping, moulded rendered gate piers and capping. Cast-iron pedestrian gate.
