Detached five-bay two-storey over basement house, built c.1780, having two-bay two-storey return and recent flat roof extension to rear (south). Pitched slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls having rendered plinth. Diminishing square-headed window openings with stone sills to front and side (east) elevations. Six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor, six-over-three and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Square-headed window openings with stone sills to rear addition having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings having uPVC casement windows to half basement and recent extension. Round-headed door opening within diminishing moulded stone surround. Replacement timber panelled door with overlight and limestone stepped perron. Square-headed door opening to rear having replacement double-leaf timber framed French doors. Rubble limestone enclosing wall to rear. Rendered boundary wall to front with render coping having moulded rendered gate piers with capping, decorative corbelling and replacement double-leaf cast-iron gates.
