Six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor, six-over-three and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor. Square-headed window openings with stone sills to rear addition having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings having uPVC casement windows to half basement and recent extension. Round-headed door opening within diminishing moulded stone surround. Replacement timber panelled door with overlight and limestone stepped perron. Square-headed door opening to rear having replacement double-leaf timber framed French doors. Rubble limestone enclosing wall to rear. Rendered boundary wall to front with render coping having moulded rendered gate piers with capping, decorative corbelling and replacement double-leaf cast-iron gates.
