Detached two-bay two-storey over basement house, built c.1860, having paired full-height box bay windows to front (south-east). Recent conservatory to side (south-west). Historically in use as rectory. Hipped slate roof with timber-clad overhanging eaves having rendered chimneystacks, ceramic ridge tiles, and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with plinth, having moulded rendered sill course to first floor. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills and label mouldings throughout. Tripartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows in single and bipartite arrangements to side (north-east, south-west) and rear (north-west) elevations. Tripartite pointed arch two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to rear elevation stairwell. Pointed arch window openings with rendered sills and hood mouldings to ground floor of side (north-east) and rear elevations, having quarry glazed casement and five-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows with timber Y-tracery. Shouldered square-headed door opening with chamfered rendered reveals to side (south-west) elevation, having timber battened door with cast-iron strap hinges, overlight and stone stepped approach. Door opening surmounted by gable-fronted canopy with carved timber brackets, having pitched slate roof with ceramic ridge tiles, dentilated cornice and ornate carved timber bargeboards.
