Pitched artificial slate roofs with overhanging eaves, having rendered chimneystacks, gabled dormer windows, cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Ornate timber bargeboards to gabled bay. Rendered walls. uPVC cladding to canted bay surmounted by recent railings. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout. Replacement timber and uPVC casement windows to front elevation. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to canted bay. Moulded render surrounds to rear elevation openings, having six-over-six, six-over-three and tow-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows in single, bipartite and tripartite arrangements. Square-headed window openings with rendered reveals to side elevation extensions and entrance bay, having pointed arch two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows in single and bipartite arrangements. Square-headed door openings throughout. Replacement double-leaf glazed timber doors with overlight to canted bay. Timber panelled door having overlight and label moulding to entrance bay. Rubble stone boundary walls with square-profile gate piers and replacement timber gate to rear.
