Terraced three-bay three-storey with dormer attic former house, built c.1860, now is use as apartments. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, render eaves corbels, recent flat-roofed dormer and uPVC rainwater goods. Rusticated ashlar limestone wall to ground floor, rendered walls elsewhere having rusticated ashlar limestone quoins to front (south-east) elevation. Tooled limestone string course between ground and first floors. Rendered sill bands to first and second floors. Roll moulded render platband at impost level of first floor incorporating label mouldings of windows. Slate hanging to dormer window. Diminishing camber-headed window openings with limestone sills, having replacement margined one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Rusticated ashlar limestone voussoirs to ground floor openings. Rendered surrounds with lozenge mouldings to first and second floors, having moulded render floral pendants to first floor and rendered moulded oculus motifs to second floor. Moulded render hood mouldings to first floor openings. Camber-headed door opening with rusticated ashlar limestone voussoirs, having replacement glazed timber door with sidelight and overlight. Rendered plinth wall with cast-iron railings and cast-iron gate to front.
