Semi-detached single-bay three-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1880, having hipped roofed canted bay and gabled dormer window to front (south-east). Three-storey stairwell block and dormer window to rear (north-west). Recent single and two-storey flat-roofed extensions to side (north-east). Pitched slate roofs with overhanging timber-clad eave course, rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped slate roof to three-storey canted bay. Bitumen-clad roofs to rear additions. Rendered walls throughout, having render sill courses, string courses and cornices to canted bays. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, timber and uPVC casement windows throughout. Chamfered reveals to first floor window openings of canted bay. Square-headed door openings, having glazed timber door to front elevation of canted bay and double-leaf uPVC doors to side extension.
