Three-storey stairwell block to rear. Single- and two-storey flat-roofed block to rear. Pitched slate roofs with overhanging timber-clad eave course, rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Hipped slate roof to three-storey canted bay. Bitumen-clad roofs to rear additions. Rendered walls throughout, having render sill courses, string courses and cornices to canted bays. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout, having single and bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and timber casement windows to front elevation. Chamfered reveals to first floor window openings of three-storey canted bay. One-over-one pane timber sliding sash and uPVC casement windows elsewhere. Square-headed door openings to front elevation of main block and side elevation to rear addition, having timber panelled door and single-pane overlight to front elevation and uPVC door to rear addition.
