Semi-detached two-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1860, having flat roof porch and canted bay window to front (south-east). Pitched roof single-storey block to side (south-west), two-storey flat roof and recent pitched roof extensions to rear (north-west). Pitched slate roof with overhanging timber eaves course supported on corbels, with rendered chimneystack, cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Pitched slate roofs to dormers with uPVC clad overhanging eaves and recent timber finials. Rendered walls throughout with plinth and cornice to porch and canted bay window. Square-headed window openings with stone and concrete sills throughout, having uPVC casement windows. Chamfered render sills to canted bay. Square-headed door opening to front elevation having double-leaf uPVC door, overlight and sidelights. Square-headed door opening to side extension having timber panelled door and overlight. Rubble-stone wall to south-west, having recent rubble-stone wall to north-west with timber gate.
