Roughcast rendered wall to side (north-east) elevation. Camber-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and voussoirs to front elevation, having uPVC casement windows. Camber-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and red brick voussoirs to rear elevation, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and voussoirs to gables of side and front elevations, having uPVC casement windows. Paired two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to basement level of rear elevation. Carved timber open fronted porch with carved timber columns to side elevation of projecting bay, having camber-headed door opening to interior with red brick voussoirs and replacement uPVC door and overlight. Camber-headed door opening with red brick voussoirs to rear elevation, having uPVC door. Recent rubble stone and rendered retaining walls and boundary walls to front with recent wrought-iron gate.
