Semi-detached four-bay two-storey over basement with dormer attic house, built c.1880, having gable-fronted projecting bay with two-storey flat roof canted bay to front (south-east). Timber lean-to porch to side (north-east) elevation of projecting bay. Pitched roof extension to rear (north-west) at basement level. Pitched artificial slate roofs with timber clad overhanging eaves, red brick chimneystacks with over sailing coping, cast-iron rainwater goods, recent dormer window and rooflights. Timber bargeboards to gables having drop finials carrying carved timber panels. English bond red brick walls with ashlar limestone string courses at sill levels to front and rear elevations. Roughcast rendered wall to side (north-east) elevation. Camber-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and voussoirs to front elevation, having uPVC casement windows. Camber-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and red brick voussoirs to rear elevation, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed window openings with ashlar limestone sills and voussoirs to gables of side and front elevations, having uPVC casement windows. Paired two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to basement level of rear elevation. Carved timber open fronted porch with carved timber columns to side elevation of projecting bay, having camber-headed door opening to interior with red brick voussoirs and replacement uPVC door and overlight. Camber-headed door opening with red brick voussoirs to rear elevation, having uPVC door. Recent rubble stone and rendered retaining walls and boundary walls to front with recent wrought-iron gate.
