Semi-detached single-bay two-storey over basement with dormer attic house, built c.1850, having two-storey hipped roof canted bay window to front (south-east), two-storey pitched roof block to side (north-east) and canted oriel to first floor of rear (north-west) elevation. Recent lean-to conservatory and flat roof extension to side. Pitched slate roofs with timber clad overhanging eaves with corbels, rendered chimneystack, gabled dormer window and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Timber bargeboards to extension having drop finial. Roughcast rendered walls throughout with plinth. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout. Six-over-six pane timber sliding sash and timber casement windows to rear elevation. uPVC casement windows to front and side elevations. Pointed arch window opening with render sill to gabled dormer with timber casement window. Square-headed window openings to oriel with fixed timber-framed windows. Square-headed door openings to canted bay and basement level of rear elevation having uPVC doors. Rubble stone wall to front with concrete gate piers and wrought-iron gate. Rubble stone wall to rear having rendered gate piers and metal gate.
