Semi-detached single-bay two-storey over basement with dormer attic house, built c.1850, having two-storey flat roof canted bay window to front (south-east), later two-storey and single-storey flat roof extensions to side (south-west). Pitched slate roofs with timber clad overhanging eaves with corbels, rendered chimneystack, gabled dormer window, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Rendered parapet walls to extensions having concealed gutters and cast-iron down pipes. Rendered walls, with roughcast rendered wall to rear (north-west) elevation. Square-headed window openings with render sills, having uPVC casement windows throughout. Pointed arch window opening with render sill to gabled dormer, having uPVC casement window. Square-headed door opening to canted bay having uPVC door. Rubble stone boundary wall to front with concrete gate piers and wrought-iron gate. Rendered boundary wall to rear having gate piers and wrought-iron gate.
