Roughcast rendered walls. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystack, gabled dormer window, uPVC clad overhanging eaves, cast-iron rainwater goods and recent rooflights. Square-headed window openings with render sills to front elevation having uPVC casement windows. Pointed arch window opening with render sill to gabled dormer having uPVC casement window. Square-headed window openings with render sills to rear (north-west) elevation having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash and timber casement windows. Square-headed door openings to basement level of rear elevation having glazed timber doors. Rendered boundary wall to front with square-profile gate piers and replacement timber gate. Red brick boundary wall to side having square-profile gate piers and wrought-iron gate.
