Corner-sited attached three-bay two-storey former house, built c.1860, having double-pile corrugated-steel extension to rear (south-west) and lean-to porch to side (north-west). Currently in use as shop. Pitched artificial slate roof having red brick chimneystack with dogtooth over sailing eaves and cast-iron rainwater goods. Artificial slate roof with render copings to lean-to having cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with render plinth band. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and raised render reveals, having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to side elevation. Fixed timber-framed display windows to ground floor surmounted by recent timber facia boards. Square-headed window openings to porch having bipartite timber-framed window with three-pane casement windows to side (south-east). Margined cast-iron framed quarry-glazed window to rear (south-west). Square-headed door openings, raised render reveal and timber panelled door to front elevation of main building and double-leaf timber battened doors to front elevation of porch. Rubble stone wall to rear, incorporated into extensions having square-headed door opening with double-leaf timber battened doors.
