Detached gable-fronted single-bay single-storey boathouse, built 1864. Pitched slate roof with brick eaves course and timber bargeboards. Rendered rubble stone walls having tooled limestone quoins and brick to gable of front (north) elevation, with cast-iron bracing plate below eaves to side (west) elevation. Camber-headed door opening with block-and-start tooled limestone surround and voussoirs, having replacement double-leaf timber battened doors.
