Terraced three-bay two-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1860, having barrel roofed dormer windows to front (south-east) and gabled dormer window to rear (north-west). Recent single-storey single-pitch roofed additions to rear. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, timber clad eaves course and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls throughout, having rendered plinth with cast-iron vents, moulded render string course below eaves. Square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills throughout, having two-over-two and three-over-three pane timber sliding sash windows to rear elevation. uPVC casement windows to front elevation. Round-headed door opening with chamfered reveal to front elevation, having timber panelled door with cast-iron door furniture, fanlight and tooled limestone stepped approach.
