Detached two-bay single-storey boathouse, built c.1940. Pitched corrugated-iron roof having timber bargeboards with finials and cast-iron rainwater goods. Corrugated-iron walls. Square-headed window openings with timber sills and casement windows to front (south-east) elevation. Camber-headed window opening with timber sill and raised timber surround to side (south-west) elevation with timber casement window. Square-headed louvre opening to gable of side (north-east) elevation. Square-headed door openings having timber canopy and timber battened door to side (north-east) elevation and timber battened sliding door on cast-iron and aluminium rail to rear (north-west) elevation.
