Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic former gate lodge, built c.1820, having gable-fronted porch to front (south) and later single-storey gabled additions to rear (north). Half dormer windows with gablets to front and side (east, west) elevations. Hipped slate roof to main block with timber-clad overhanging eaves, rendered chimneystack, uPVC rainwater goods and timber bargeboards to gablets. Pitched slate roofs with timber bargeboards to porch and rear additions. Rendered walls throughout. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, having single pointed arch window opening with rendered sill to front (north) elevation half dormer, now blocked. Square-headed door opening to front (south) elevation of porch, now blocked. Rendered boundary walls.
