Semi-detached three-bay three-storey house, built c.1795, having lean-to addition with cat-slide roof to rear (west). Pitched slate roof with rendered eaves course, chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with rendered quoins to front (east) elevation, rendered walls elsewhere. Diminishing square-headed window openings with stone sills having uPVC casement windows. Recessed round-headed door opening with moulded render surround and archivolt to front elevation, having rendered plinths and reveals. Timber panelled door with brass door furniture, single-pane overlight and recent flagged threshold.
